Terms and Conditions – LUCKY OWNERS

These Terms and Conditions (« Terms ») govern the use of the website https://www.luckyowners.com and the purchase of entries to participate in property prize competitions organised by LUCKY OWNERS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 16588650, with a registered office at 269 Hardy House , office 14 , Poynders Gardens Estate , SW4 8PQ LONDON (« we », « us », or « our »).

By entering any competition via our website, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a national of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, or Malta to participate. Proof of age and nationality may be required before any prize is awarded. Employees of LUCKY OWNERS LTD or their family members are not eligible.

  1. Entry

To enter a competition, you must purchase a ticket through our website. The minimum ticket price is £69, payable by credit or debit card via Stripe or PayPal. Payment in instalments may be available depending on the terms offered by Stripe or PayPal at the time of transaction.

Your entry will only be valid for the draw corresponding to your ticket purchase. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law or in the event of competition cancellation.

  1. Competitions

Each competition will clearly describe the prize (a real estate property) and the closing date. We reserve the right to extend the closing date at our discretion. A minimum number of paid entries may be required for the competition to proceed.

If a competition is cancelled, all participants will be offered a refund or entry into a future competition.

  1. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable random process. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing. The winner will be contacted directly and may be announced on our website and social media platforms.

  1. Prize

The winner will receive legal ownership of the specified property, free from mortgage or other charges. We will cover all legal, notary, and transfer costs. Any taxes applicable in the winner’s country of residence remain their responsibility.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

  1. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms or involves fraudulent, unfair, or unethical conduct.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We accept no responsibility for:
– Any technical issues, delays, or failures in the website;
– Incomplete, lost, or delayed entries;
– Errors in prize descriptions;
– Taxes or legal obligations in the winner’s country of residence.

  1. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for managing entries and delivering prizes, and will never be sold or shared without your consent.

  1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the website belongs to LUCKY OWNERS LLP. You may not copy or use any content without our prior written permission.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
